Job Description
Bussers are to help out the FOH staff and bartenders at the tables. Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed. They further ensure that water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service with new linen, glassware, and silverware. Bussers should help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs should a need arises.
