Team Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Communicate and update instructors on team’s progress.

 

  • Ensure teammates complete delegated work on time.

 

  • Ensure teammates comply to the group operational norms and take actions against teammates who REBEL from it.

 

  • Compile and speed read all assignments and delegated work submitted by team members and ensure that it is correct.

 

  • Coordinate time and place of group meeting and take down imporant points such as teammates’ assigned work.

 

  • Continuously update team mates on work progress and work left overs before final completion of project.

 

  • Consistently lead and guide teammates throughout the project period.
