Team Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities

Communicate and update instructors on team’s progress.

Ensure teammates complete delegated work on time.

Ensure teammates comply to the group operational norms and take actions against teammates who REBEL from it.

Compile and speed read all assignments and delegated work submitted by team members and ensure that it is correct.

Coordinate time and place of group meeting and take down imporant points such as teammates’ assigned work.
-
Continuously update team mates on work progress and work left overs before final completion of project.

Consistently lead and guide teammates throughout the project period.
