Job Description
Stewards are required to perform duties such as to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen work place, make sure the floor and all equipment are clean. Steward would need to ensure that all utensils are properly washed and being put away in the designated area.
Duties
-
Sweep and mop the kitchen floor as and when needed

Clear off food from dishes and place them on dishwasher

Ensure the worktables are clean

Separate and remove food waste in their respective bin
-
Sort breakable bottles out from the dishes
-
Polish and ensure all kitchenware and utensils are clean
-
Transfer supplies between storage to workstation
-
Assist in setting up of banquet table if required
-
Keep all cleaned utensil in designated areas
