Job Description

 

A pastry cook is responsible for preparing the pastry that is to be served for the day. Ensue that all ingredients required are portioned for the smooth operation during service. 

 

Duties

 

  • Maintain proper sanitation practices

  • Ensure all items on the check lists are met during opening and closing

  • Portion all ingredients required

  • Ensure that all equipment required are prepared before service starts  

 

Expectations

 

  • Knowledge in area of expertise

  • Maintain a clean and organized at work station at all times

  • Adhere to hygiene requirements

  • Able to perform and work in a team
