Group Norms

 

  • No individual behavior or individualistic acts.

 

  • No team members should be absent from responsibilities without advance notice; should it occur, investigation will be carried out and if deemed inappropriate,

 

  • Zero tolerance towards sexual harassment and racial discrimination and any offenders will be considered for suspension and termination of duties.

 

  • Punctuality is gold; lateness will not be tolerated unless there is a legitimate reason and in the situation of repeat offenders, suspension and termination will be considered as a course of action.

 

  • Team members to put forth their best effort in their work and strive for the best as a team and not as an individual.

 

  • Be transparent; avoid hidden agendas and work for each other.

 

  • Treat each other with dignity and respect for one another.

 

  • Trust each other and have faith that issues discussed.

 

  • Be genuine and sincere with each other about feelings and challenges.

 

  • Listen first and be open-minded of the input received to seek constant improvement.

 

  • Be open and receive feedbacks with a positive attitude.

 

  • Continuously strive for improvement and not let personal relationships and problems sabotage the team’s workHelp one another out all the time, do not sabotage one another to claim credit.

 

  • Do not bear any grudges against anyone and solve interpersonal problems directly with one anothr.
